AAPS Strategic Plan 2007 – 2012
Phase 1 Implementation Update

September 2008

The Ann Arbor Public School district is engaged in a process that will strengthen and broaden the educational experience for every student. A 32-member team of staff, parents, community members and students drafted the Strategic Plan. More then 150 members of the action teams then developed specific action plans for each of the 8 strategies. The action plans were assigned an implementation phase for completion over the 5 years of the plan. This report contains updates on the Phase 1 implementations for each of the 8 strategies.

STRATEGY 1 - We will create a complete educational program featuring personalized learning that realizes student aspirations and meets International standards.
