Select a student; in the navigation menu, under Information, click Other Information.

Some of the fields you will find on this page are :
  Homeless Code
  Date of Entry Into USA
  PHLOTE (Primary Home Language Other Than English)
  Exclude From Class Ranking
  POP1 - POP4
  GenEd FTE
  SpcEd FTE
  2nd Building
  3rd Building
  Other Alert Text

 

Note!
  At present (5.6.08) most of these fields are blank.

   The Other Alert text field creates a generic alert with the icon.
   Whenever possible use the appropriate alert - medical, guardian related, etc.
