  • Disability Awareness Workshop

    Attn: Fourth Graders

This Friday, March 31st all Logan fourth grade students will participate in the Disability Awareness Workshop.

The workshop is a hands-on, activity-based program to help students understand how difficult and complex daily living can be for individuals with disabilities. Students participate in centers devoted to physical, speech, hearing, vision and learning impairments.

The goal is for students to learn through these hands-on activities, that people should be accepted and respected and no matter how they may look, act, walk or talk.

We are still in need of 6 volunteers on Friday 3/31 to make this event meaningful to our students.

Please help make our workshop happen! Visit our sign-up here:
