Story Telling Workshop
Everyone has a story to tell, but maybe you need some help in bringing out your inner storyteller. Check out Rec & Ed's Storytelling Workshop, where you learn to develop your "hook" and how to end your story, keeping your audience captivated and engaged. No experience necessary.
Instructor: Darryl Mickens, member of the Ann Arbor Story Tellers' Guild (and featured on our Winter 2016 Catalog cover!).
Enjoy the Birds of Winter
Think bird watching is just a warm weather activity? No way! Washtenaw County still has plenty of birds around for the winter. Learn about the Owls of Michigan, The Secret Life of Birds, and Michigan's Warblers, as you take field trips with Rec & Ed's avid birdwatcher, Jamie Platt.
