Dear Mitchell Families,
I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, but now enjoy living across the border on the west side of Ann Arbor with my husband, two daughters and a dog named Scooby. I have a Bachelor's of Science degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and a Master's degree in Education from the University of Michigan (ELMAC program). This is my 5th year of teaching in Ann Arbor, all at Mitchell!
Before changing to a teaching career, I have 14 years of experience in psychological and neuropsychological assessment of adults and children in the areas of traumatic brain injury, stroke, dementias and ADD/ADHD.
During my free time, I enjoy reading, walking Scooby, yoga, exercising, baking, photography, travel, knitting, riding my bike, cheering on the Wolverines and watching my daughters dance in their dance recitals/competitions.
I am honored to be a part of the Mitchell Community, eh!
