I am Elvira Dimas and I am thrilled to be joining the Mitchell community! Born and raised in Virginia, I have quickly settled as a Michigander. After graduating from Virginia Tech with my bachelor's and master's degree, I set off to teach in northern Virginia and then central Virginia. This will be my 5th year in the classroom with experience in Kindergarten and fifth grade. I look forward to meeting and collaborating with you all. I am bringing all of my passion and energy just as I know all of you do everyday to Mitchell Elementary!
