My name is Dave Nelson and I'm one of the Teaching Assistants at Allen. I received my bachelor's degree at Eastern Michigan in secondary education with a masters in history and a minor in science.
My favorite children's book is The Mysterious Benedict Society by Trenton Lee Stewart. I love this book because it's funny, witty and catches you by surprise. It also shows characters being brave and doing what's right even while facing tough decisions. In my spare time, I enjoy making movies, hanging out with my family and doing a million other hobbies!
