I am delighted to be your child’s Kindergarten teacher!  This is my 19th year teaching in AAPS, my 17th year at King School, and my 12th year teaching KINDERGARTEN!  Prior to teaching in Ann Arbor, I taught in Grand Rapids, MI and in the Marshall Islands.  I received my bachelor’s degree from Southern Adventist University.  I furthered my studies by completing a master’s degree in elementary education with a focus on reading and literacy from Walden University. 

When I am not teaching, I love spending time with my family.  I have a wonderful husband and amazing 11 year old twins who are starting middle school this year!

I also love traveling, taking photos, relaxing at the beach, and any outdoor activity! 

My Hope and Dream is to inspire and motivate my Kinder-Stars to LOVE school and dream BIG while they have FUN and feel nurtured in    KINDERGARTEN!
