Hello, I am Mrs. Ross. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education from Eastern Michigan University many moons ago. I earned my Masters Degree in Learning Disabilities at EMU as well. I just counted my years of teaching in Ann Arbor and I've worked in this district for 36 years. Most of my time has been spent in upper elementary teaching 4th and 5th grade. Early in my career, I worked with hearing impaired students. I taught out West for 3 years, which adds up to 39 years of teaching. In my leisure time, I enjoy going to the movies, walking with friends, taking yoga classes, and reading great books.

It is so hard to answer the question of which is my favorite book because I love so many stories. One of my favorites to share with my fourth graders is The Book Scavenger because it is so well written, it is mysterious and has so many twists and turns.

My favorite subject when I was in elementary school was Reading because I love to read!
