Ms. Andres has been a business education instructor and co-advisor for Business Professionals of America for over twelve years.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Education from Eastern Michigan University, a Master’s of Library and Information Science from Wayne State University, an Education Specialist Certificate in Educational Administration from Wayne State University, and is vocationally certified in Business Services & Technology and Finance. 

Prior to coming to Huron High School Ms. Andres taught Business Applications I & II, Accounting A, B  & C, and Personal Finance. She was also responsible for opening a student run credit union, serving on the school’s data committee, filling the role of lead instructor for the Michigan Imagine Academy, and teaching as an adjunct professor at Henry Ford College in the Business Department.

Ms. Andres is excited to be a River Rat and part of the Huron family. She looks forward to working with her students to provide them with the tools and support they need to become life-long learners!
