Ms. Carolyn Hill

For the last 15 years, I worked as an English teacher at Saline High School. I am eagerly  embarking on a new career path and am excited to take on the role of school librarian.

I grew up in Holland, Michigan and moved to Ann Arbor for college back in 1994. It’s the perfect place to live, so I never left. I live in Ann Arbor with my husband, Mike, who teaches English at Saline High, and our two daughters. Audrey is in 6th grade at Slauson, and Meredith is a 5th grader at Lawton. My educational background includes a BA in English from U of M, an MA in Curriculum from EMU, and an MLIS (Library and Information Science) from Wayne State. My free time is spent attending my daughters’ soccer and softball games, creating costumes with Young People’s Theater, and reading.
