Mrs. Sue Bowes is a self-contained CI Teacher at Huron and has been a special educator for over 10 years. She began her career as a teacher at an Adult Transition Program in Macomb County. She then went on to teach at West Bloomfield Schools as a Resource Room Teacher/Transition Coordinator and then a Project SEARCH Instructor. Mrs. Bowes received her Bachelors degree from Michigan State University and Masters degree from Saginaw Valley State University, with certification in the areas of Cognitive Impairment and Learning Disabilities. In her free time, Mrs. Bowes enjoys traveling with her husband, reading, and spending time with her two dogs, Gus and Yoshi. She is excited to be a part of the Huron team!
