Degrees and Certifications:
I grew up in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and moved to St. Paul, MN in 2012 to attend Macalester College. There, I earned my bachelor’s degree and studied sociology, education, and math. After graduating, I lived in Washington, DC for two years, where I worked with K-5th graders at Reading Partners, an AmeriCorps literacy intervention organization. In 2018, I moved to Ann Arbor to attend the University of Michigan, where I earned my master’s degree in Elementary Education with Mathematics and ESL endorsements.
When I’m not teaching, I love to play soccer, hang out with my cat, Twyla, go hiking, and find great places to drink bubble tea. I'm so excited to be part of the Mitchell community and get to know our wonderful students and families!
