Hello, my name is Mr. Parnes, I am the middle school counselor at A2 STEAM.

I am excited for my 3rd year at A2 STEAM (2017-2018)!

I grew up in Ann Arbor and attended: Lawton, Slauson, Pioneer, and Community.
I received my BA from University of Michigan where I studied Psychology.
I received my MA in School Counseling from Eastern Michigan University.
Previously, I have been a counselor at CHS, Tappan, Clague, and Slauson.
I am a gaming enthusiast and run an after school "Tabletop Gaming Club".
I have 2 pet cats. I really enjoy cooking (and eating) new recipes.
Recently, I moved to the A2 STEAM neighborhood so now I can walk to work!
