Veronica Choe started her time at Huron during her student teaching in 2016. She did her undergraduate work in Chemistry and graduate studies in Educational Studies both at the University of Michigan. She went to high school in Grand Blanc, but considers Ann Arbor her home. After a brief long-term subbing position at a purple school across town, Ms. Choe made her way back to Huron. She is so excited to back with her Huron family to start her official teaching career and can't believe how lucky she is to be able to spend every day teaching amazing young people about science, while getting to know who they are outside of the classroom.

Outside of school, Ms. Choe spends her time as an assistant coach for the varsity volleyball team. She enjoys all types of sports, music, and foods and never says no to new experiences. She also likes to spend time outdoors hiking, playing volleyball, and snowboarding, which she is definitely still learning. You can also find her at school sporting events, plays, and concerts.
