This “at your own pace” running program is a great introduction for youth to lifelong fitness, we make it fun! Kids run laps to earn mileage “feet” charms to wear on a necklace. Each foot represents one mile. Last year CCK completed over 1700 miles collectively! The season culminates to the Dekeon Dash Mini 5K where kids run 2.1 miles on the school grounds and celebrate all their hard work!
