I grew up in Ann Arbor, and attended Ann Arbor Public Schools. I received my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education  from Eastern Michigan University, with an endorsement in Cognitive Impairment. I have since received my Masters degree from EMU in Early Childhood Education and taught for 9 years at the early childhood level. This is my 3rd year teaching at the Preschool and Family Center. Teaching young children is my passion and I am excited to have the opportunity to teach 4 and 5-year olds. When I am not teaching, I enjoy being outside with my dog, going on hikes, traveling,  and learning to play the ukelele.
