Hello Everyone! My name is Mrs. Jackson. This is my 17th year teaching, but my 3rd year being a member of this amazing Lawton family. I am very excited to teach 5th grade (the best grade) again!

My favorite book from childhood will always be Mufaro's Beautiful Daughters, because it's a Cinderella type story, with amazing characters, illustrations and an even better message. A book I would recommend to Lawton students is Wonder, because it reminds us to "be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle." -Ian Maclaren

My favorite subject when I was in elementary school was reading, because I could escape to far away places and new worlds.
