Hello Families,

My name is Eva Simon, and I am excited to be part of the Mitchell community.

I grew up and lived in the part of Romania known as Transylvania. I was raised as a Hungarian, but at school I had to study Romanian language too. After graduating at a teaching college in 1996, I was a preschool teacher until 2002 when I immigrated to Michigan. After settling into this new world, I started to follow my life calling again.

I graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2015 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. 

I have a 16 year old teenager, who I enjoy parenting. Outside of parenting and work, I love reading, meditating, and being actively involved in the Hungarian community.
