It is a true joy to be part of the King Elementary community! Our office is a welcoming space and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all people.

My work spans 20 years in the nonprofit sector. At the start of my career, I served as an AmeriCorps member, working with homeless children and on a 24-hour crisis hotline. Since then, I have worked at the Ginsberg Center of Community Service and Learning, the Clean Energy Coalition, and as a past president of the Inter Co-operative Council at the University of Michigan.

I have a love of learning and have earned a Bachelors degree in Public Administration and Urban Planning and a Masters of Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management, both from Eastern Michigan University. You can read with me on YouTube or send me your book recommendations.
