Dear AAPS Parents and Guardians,
Today’s update includes information on the AAPS 2020-21 Program options, the timeline for responding to the Program Enrollment Form and AAPS Food Distribution.
AAPS 2020-21 Program Information
As parents consider their options for the fall, a variety of resources are available online at a2schools.org/reimaginelearning2020. This includes information, in both print and video format on:

Program Enrollment Form Timeline
The timeline to respond to the Program Enrollment Form has been extended to Friday, August 14th. A reminder that the enrollment form was sent from east@K12Inisght.com to the primary contact on record in Infosnap, or the secondary contact if the primary doesn’t have an email listed.
While the deadline is Friday, we know that some families have encountered challenges due to spam filters and other factors. We will continue to work through the process with individuals who haven’t been able to complete the enrollment form by Friday.
Families that have already submitted the form but would like to change their answers can do so by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with “AAPS” in the subject line and request for their student(s) survey to be reopened.
The Summer Food Distribution Program continues through September 3rd. We will provide an update on fall food distribution as those details are finalized in the coming weeks. Full details on the AAPS Food Service are available here.
Food distribution takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays from 11 AM to 12:30 PM at locations across the community. We have also recently added new Tuesday and Friday evening distributions at Pioneer from 4:30 to 6 PM. Due to the Labor Day holiday weekend, both the regular lunchtime distribution and the evening one will take place on Thursday, September 3rd.
