The Rusty Schumacher Hikone Memorial Fund was created to honor the significant contribution Rusty showed towards supporting international education in particular the Hikone - Ann Arbor Middle School Exchange Program that fosters international understanding between the cities of Hikone, Japan and Ann Arbor, Michigan.
