Middle School & High School Social Studies

My teaching experiences have been in the Michigan public schools for the past 29 years. I started my career in Lansing as an At-Risk Specialist then continued on to teach in alternative schools in Muskegon and Ann Arbor. I have created curriculum and taught a variety of social studies and health courses at Huron High School in Ann Arbor for the past 21 years.

I am excited to be a part of the A2 virtual team, and am hoping that students will learn from the online experience. I have earned the following degrees: BA Social Sciences with a major in Psychology, MA in Educational Leadership and a Teaching Certificate in Social Studies and Health. My education and experience will enhance my ability to guide my students throughout the school year.
