Ms. Caroline Williams

Caroline Williams graduated from the University of Michigan in 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Physics. She was dual-enrolled at LSA and School of Education, so she could also earn her teaching certification at the same time. Post-graduation she moved to Florida where she taught mathematics at Treasure Coast High School from 2010 to 2015. During the summer of 2015, she moved back to Michigan to teach at Lakeland High School and the International Academy West in White Lake. During this time period, Ms. Williams was also working on earning her Master's Degree from the University of Houston through an online program. In 2018, she was awarded her Master's Degree with an emphasis in Mathematics and Mathematics Education. Throughout her career, Ms. Williams has taught almost every level of math class and even three different levels of Physics, including DP Physics. It is her fundamental belief that everyone can learn math; just some minds need more support and time.
Ms. Williams grew up in Flushing, Michigan, just outside of Flint. But has spent the majority of her adult life living in Ann Arbor. Even when living in Florida, every summer was spent in Ann Arbor. She is so excited to be joining the Huron community for the 2021-2022 school. Go Rats!!!
