Health Insurance
- Get Health Care Coverage: Washtenaw Health Project
- The Washtenaw Health Project (WHP) helps people in Washtenaw County get Heathcare Coverage.
- WHP can also help you navigate health insurance and public benefits issues, get dental care, help with unpaid bills, transportation and language/cultural barriers.
- WHP staff speak English, Spanish and Arabic.

- RAHS School-Based Health Clinics: Provides school-based health care, programs, and clinical services to students, families and the community. The Health Clinic is located at Scarlett Middle School. Dental Resources

- If you or your child have Medicaid, please call 734.544.3079 or email whp@washtenaw.org to learn which dental clinics accept your insurance. See flyer for details. They have staff who speak Arabic, English, French, and Spanish. Phone interpretation is available in most languages.
- Washtenaw Health Department My Community Dental Center accepts Medicaid for children and adults. One of their branches is located in Ypsilanti. Please call 877-313-6232 or visit mydental.org if you have any questions.
