You should be taken to the "Your Progress" page. (if not, select the "Progress" tab at upper left-hand side of the screen.)

To the right, see the box called Certificate Status.  Press the "Request certificate" button, save the certificate as a pdf, and forward a copy to guerrieros@aaps.k12.mi.us.
