I am both a teacher and an artist. I love flowers and gardening and especially sunflowers. I live in A2 and have three grown boys.

I also have my own art business – Paintings by Peg.

Artist’s Informational Statement

Using watermedia as a tool for my expression, my work reflects a fascination for line, color and design. My technique is to use patterns and forms observed in nature and to represent them in an impressionistic style. Each piece is hand painted, beginning with a light free-flowing wash. Additional color and detail are added to achieve a delicate compositional balance. I am constantly experimenting with new methods of paint application and have recently cut and collaged my pieces together adding yet another dimension. It is my hope to communicate to you; my unique and sensitive feel for nature.
