Housing Voucher Preservation Programs through SOS Community Services and Washtenaw Housing Alliance (WHA)- Clients who already have an existing HCV/Sec 8 housing voucher can be referred for more support.

Peace Neighborhood Center: If your child attends Abbot, Dicken, Lawton, Haisley, Bach, Forsythe, Slauson, Pioneer or Skyline as their neighborhood school, you may be able to get support through Peace Neighborhood Center. Call Peace at (734) 662-3564 to learn more.
Community Action Network: If you live in a neighborhood supported by a Community Action Network Community Center (Arrowood, Bryant, Creekside, Hikone, Green Baxter) you may be able to receive assistance for rent. Please contact the Site Director at your neighborhood center for help.Avalon Housing: If you live in a neighborhood supported by Avalon Housing, you may be able to receive assistance for rent. Please contact your Avalon case manager for help.
