I joined the Mitchell team in 2010 and feel so privileged to serve my home community. I grew up in Ann Arbor just over a mile from Mitchell. I was a student at Bryant, Pattengill, Tappan, and Pioneer. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan in 2005. I worked in developmental and educational research before earning my Master of Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2008. I am passionate about my work and deeply value the incredible diversity of our Mitchell community. It’s a joy to work with such curious, creative, and caring staff, students, and families.

When I’m not at school, you’ll probably find me with my dog, Maizie. I love spending time with my family and friends, reading, hiking, and cheering for the Wolverines at Michigan football games.
