Program Description:
The AAPS Elementary Summer Learning Institute (SLI) Program provides in-person learning opportunities designed for students in grades K, 1, 2, 3, and 4 and was created to honor and leverage the knowledge, skills, and abilities that all families bring to student learning. Students will experience daily targeted literacy and math instruction and opportunities. The program’s ultimate goal is to engage students in new and exciting ways through hands-on, student-centered approaches that meet the individual needs of all learners.
Families are invited to participate in a choice of (1) two-week session from: July 10th - July 21st (Session A) OR July 24th - August 4th (Session B). During their two week session, students will be engaged in a targeted high interest curriculum to support their learning.
Summer Learning Institute (SLI) - Invitation Only
The AAPS Summer Learning Institute is a two-week session that is available by invitation only. This enriching, in-person program will be offered as a full-day opportunity from 8:30am - 3:00pm. Families will be contacted by their student’s teacher or building support team member to sign up for the session and location of their choice.
