    Monthly meetings 7 pm - Open to the public.

    Unless otherwise noted, meetings are held at 7 pm at the Balas Administration Building, 2555 South State Street, Ann Arbor, MI, in the main conference room on the first floor.

    Meet the Board of Education Candidates at Pioneer HS Cafeteria Annex, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm. All PTSO leaders, parents, and staff are invited to hear from the candidates and Q & A. Light refreshments will be served and music provided by Pioneer orchestra.

    PTO Presidents, Vice-Presidents, Secretaries, Treasurers, PTOC Representatives, Fundraising Chair, Volunteer Coordinator, Field Trip Donation Coordinator, and others.

    Please join us for our annual Fall training sessions

    • Identify core tasks and how to accomplish them efficiently!
    • Share common issues and ideas for their resolution 
    • Meet with like minds from around Ann Arbor PTOs!
    • Build your community!  Get energized!  Define your motivation!

    Specific deliverables supporting our discussion include

    • How to lead great meetings
    • The art of delegation
    • Calculating clear and simple budgets
    • Writing Treasurer’s Reports
    • Strategies to translate great notes on to community communication

    Please bring your PTO By-laws and Budget!  These will help us answer your questions.

    Your school's PTO annual dues of $50 includes attendance for one person for each of the training sessions.  We welcome additional participants at $35 per person per training session.  Payment of dues is available in advance by sending a check to Ann Arbor PTO Council, P.O. Box 7277, Ann Arbor, MI 48104 or at the door.
