    New Student Information for All Preschoolers at All Locations:

    • First Day of School -- Monday, August, 29th, 2022
    • School Hours -- Monday-Thursday, 8:25 AM - 3:48 PM
    • Preschool Orientation -- Wednesday, August 17th, 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM at Westerman Preschool and Family Center

    Please note that ALL preschool students are expected to have an up-to-date on childhood immunization record or an unexpired immunization waiver from the Washtenaw County Health Department as well as a complete physical and dental examination that has taken place within the last 12 months.  Please also note that bus transportation will not be provided for your student until these documents have been turned into the school.

    For students with chronic medical conditions requiring specific care -- Any medication or special medical forms from your child's physician must be provided before the first day of school.

    Food Gatherers Summer Food Program

    School is out, but free meals for kids and teens are available to any family in need of food. The Food Gatherers’ Summer Food Service Program kicks off June 20th and ends August 19th.     Please note that space is limited.  Westerman tuition spots are currently full (We are accepting students to our tuition waiting list).
