Happy Summer Wonderful Parents of Thurston Elementary School!

A HUGE Thank You to outgoing PTO President Maureen McCoy!  She did so much to impact our school during her time as PTO president, and we are so thankful she is staying on as Vice President!  

The Thurston Elementary Parent Teacher Organization is a non-profit volunteer run organization that supports students and teachers with community building events and educational grants.  Our approved budget for this coming school year includes over $20,000 in grants for teacher supplies, enhanced curriculum, and non-district-funded field trips!  All these educational opportunities go above and beyond what the district already provides.  We are looking forward to supporting our teachers in providing our students with an outstanding education!

I can't even begin to express how THANKFUL I am for all the incredible parents at our school who have volunteered to fill the many roles that make our school an outstanding place.  THANK YOU to everyone who has filled a volunteer position for next school year!
