Ann Arbor Public Schools is the fourth largest school district in the state of Michigan, proudly serving over 17,000 students with more than 2,700 employees, including over 1400 teachers and professional school staff, across 32 campuses and the A2 Virtual+ Academy. 81% of our staff hold a Master's degree or higher.
In the Ann Arbor Public Schools, 91% of our students graduate, nearly 11% are English Language Learners and 75 languages spoken in the district. Approximately, one out of eight students have special needs, requiring an IEP and one out of four, are in poverty.
