Access to meeting agendas and public commentary sign up

Posted meetings of the AAPS Board of Education are listed below along with links to the agendas, Zoom and CTN broadcast (when available). 

To access board meeting agendas and sign up for public commentary, go to the Diligent Community portal, through this link https://a2schools.community.highbond.com/Portal

If you are having trouble signing up to speak through the Diligent Community portal, please contact Amy Osinski at 734-994-2232 / osinski@a2schools.org

Board of Education meetings can be viewed live through:

• Zoom (see the meeting dates listed below for the link)
• CTN Government Channel (If there are technical difficulties on CTN's stream during a meeting, please use the Zoom link provided.)

Communication with the Board

• Individuals may communicate with the Board at any time by email boardofed@a2schools.org

• PUBLIC COMMENTARY: You may sign up for public commentary at any open meeting of the Board (NOTE: If the meeting is held in person, individuals may share comments in person. Comments submitted for meetings held virtually will be read by AAPS staff.). Sign up is required in advance through the Request to Speak option. NOTE: If you do not receive a confirming email, contact Amy Osinski at osinski@a2schools.org / 734-994-2232.
