Hello! My name is Nicole Zilio. I am an Ann Arbor native and a product of Ann Arbor Public Schools. I stayed local and completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan. GO BLUE! I graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education with a major in Mathematics and a minor in Integrated Sciences. Later, I completed the Master of Reading Program at Eastern Michigan University. This will be my ninth year of teaching. I have taught kindergarten, first grade, second grade, fifth grade, 2-5 grade Title 1 Intervention, and most recently third grade.

Outside of teaching, I love spending time with my family, friends, and cat, Levi.  I am looking forward to getting a puppy later this month.  I also enjoy reading, cooking, playing soccer, and taking fitness classes!
