Welcome to the Fabulous Fifth Grade! My name is Theresa (Tess) Peck. This will be my eigth year of teaching at King Elementary and I am looking forward to all of the learning and laughter that will take place. Although I grew up and now live in Ann Arbor, I graduated from Michigan State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with a concentration in Mathematics. I continued my education through MSU and completed a Master of Arts in Teaching and Curriculum with a concentration in Educational Psychology in 2016. Go Green! ;)

Within the classroom, my creative, hardworking, and personable disposition allows me to build meaningful relationships while catering to the needs of all students. One of my main goals as a teacher is to foster learning and growth academically and socially. In my free time, I enjoy baking, crafting, and spending time with family and friends.  I’m looking forward to a wonderful year!
