I started teaching at Pioneer in February of 2016. This will be my first full year, and I am incredibly excited to be teaching U.S. History and A.P. U.S. Government.

I grew up in Walled Lake, MI where I graduated from Walled Lake Central High School. I then attended the University of Michigan where I recived my B.A. in History ('14) and my M.A. in Educational studies ('15). Before coming to Pioneer I worked as a permanent substitute, football, baseball, and women's basketball coach in Walled Lake and Northville. 

In addition to teaching Social Studies at Pioneer, I am also the head Freshmen baseball coach and head J.V. football coach. 

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, playing golf, softball, biking, and attending Michigan football games in the fall just to name a few!
