ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL REMINDERS 

8:42 a.m. - Arrival Bell

8:45 a.m. - Instruction Begins

After 8:45 a.m. - Tardy- Students arriving after 8:45 must enter through the front door and be signed in by a parent/guardian.

3:48 p.m. - Dismissal

Students being dismissed early must be signed out by a parent/guardian.

Arrival Time-  Unless eating breakfast (8:30am/front doors), please plan to arrive at/after 8:35 a.m.

Dismissal Plans-  Please make sure that you’ve confirmed with your child’s teacher your dismissal plan/how they are getting home.  

Dogs-  We love our four legged friends but ask that they be kept away from the crowds/out in the fields so all of our kiddos can enter/exit without being nervous.  Please clean up after your furry friend as appropriate.

Walk the Wheels-  Once on campus, please “walk your wheels”...bikes, scooters, roller blades, etc.  There are bike racks on each playground and out front….be sure to lock them up!

*NOTE: Patio and hallway entrance doors will close at 8:45 with the second bell.  All students arriving after 8:45 must enter through the front main doors and be signed in by a parent.

Arrival/Dismissal Location and procedures:

• Arrival and dismissal locations will be the same for all grade levels.

• At arrival students should report to their designated patio/lines.  Teachers will greet their students at the arrival bell (8:42).

• Patio/building doors will close at 8:45.  All students arriving after 8:45 will need to enter through the front door and check in at the main office.

• At the dismissal bell (3:48),  students who are being picked up by car will be dismissed to the car line. 

• Families utilizing the car pick-up lane MUST remain in their cars and wait for their student(s) to come to them. 

• Teachers will remain with all students not in the car line until a parent has arrived.  

Please do not leave your child unsupervised prior to 8:42 a.m.
