Please complete the form below to request to withdrawal from your online course. Requests received within the drop/add window will be dropped from the student's schedule. All other requests will be processed as withdrawals and must meet the requirements of our withdrawal policy.
All paperwork needs to be signed, include medical doctor documentation (see policy above), and delivered to be considered. Withdrawals are not considered during the final three weeks of the term.
Semester 1, 2020 drops are now closed and will not be approved. Withdrawals will be considered that meet the criteria on our policy page. Due to count requirements, approved withdrawals for Semester 1 will be processed after November 9, 2020.
The last day to request a withdrawal is December 17, 2020, for Semester 1. A2V will be following the pandemic guidelines for the 2020-2021 school year. Medical documentation is not required but all requests must be approved by the principal.
