Hello Burns Park families, my name is Dr. Chloe Wilson—also known as Dr. C—and I am looking forward to my fifth year at Burns Park Elementary. I am the Y5-3rd grade resource teacher this year.

My background is in special education and I have been working with students with disabilities for the past 19 years. My teaching degree is in special education (CI), my master’s degree is in the Social Foundations of Education with a concentration in Environmental Justice, and I have a Ph.D. in Educational Studies with a concentration in Urban Education.

I will be helping students to engage in their classroom activities and make progress on their IEP goals, working with their teachers to make sure they have access to appropriate supports and accommodations, and working with families to support instruction at home.
