My name is Rachael Strecker and I am a 5th grade teacher at Allen Elementary. I have a diverse mix of experience in elementary and middle school classrooms. I was born and raised in Michigan, but after college spent several years in North Carolina teaching. I attended Michigan State University (Go GREEN) and Eastern Michigan University for my undergraduate studies and Concordia University for my graduate studies. I have one daughter and we love spending time outdoors, swimming, dancing, reading, walking our dog Carly, and doing arts projects. My favorite authors are Judy Blume and James Patterson.
