Consider partnering with us for approved volunteer
activities! We need every parent to be involved and we
sincerely appreciate the work that you have done and will
continue to do for the advancement of our students’
education. For student safety, Board Policy (7350) states
that unsupervised volunteers must fill out a background
check each school year. If you plan on attending any field
trips (if offered), we advise that you complete the form. 

This form is also available in the main office. A photo ID is
required when returning the completed form to the office.
