To Report an Absence or Tardy, please fill out the following Pioneer Attendance Form or email pioattendance@aaps.k12.mi.usEmail preferred. If you cannot fill out the Pioneer Attendance Form or email, please call 994-2135When reporting an absence, please include the following information:
- Student's full name (spell out the last name)
- Student's ID number
- Grade Level
- Reason for Absence (symptoms if absent for illness)
- Exact time and day of absence(s)
- Your name and your relationship to student
The procedure for excusing student's absences requires that parents/guardians must notify the Attendance Office by phone or email within 48 hours of the day that the student is absent.
