AP Testing Information 2023-24

Dear AAPS AP Students and Families,

The Ann Arbor Public Schools is pleased to offer Advanced Placement (AP) Exams.  For 2023-2024, exams will be administered in person and will be full-length, traditional AP exams for most courses (digital assessments are administered for a select few courses).

Please note that all AP exams administered by AAPS take place on the specific date of the AP exam and at the site address below. Transportation is NOT provided by AAPS and is the responsibility of the AP student:

Eastern Michigan University Student Center

900 Oakwood St

Ypsilanti, MI 48197

Do I need to take an AP test?

Although not required, most students who are enrolled in an AP course choose to pay for and take the AP exam at the end of their year of study. Students who are enrolled with A2Virtual+ OR who wish to self-study for the AP exam also have the opportunity to register for AP exams. Reduced-price exams are available for eligible students. AP exams offer students the opportunity to attain scores that may earn them college credit (depending on the receiving institution).

AAPS is not currently accepting AP exam registrations from non-AAPS students.

  2. Click on “AP Testing”
  3. Click on the subject area and name of the exam you wish to take.

Step 2 - Registration with Collegeboard:

Enroll in your AP course on the MyAP website.
