Below is a listing of classroom and project grants available for AAPS teachers and staff.

ITC Charitable Giving Program
ITC Holdings provides grants of $1,000-$15,000 to non-profit 501 (c) (3) organizations in Michigan to support five key areas:
- Environmental Stewardship
- Social Services
- Health & Wellness
- Arts & Culture
Application Deadline: Jan-April and July-Sept.
Ann Arbor Public Schools Education Fund Classroom Grant Program
The Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation is accepts grant applications for the Ann Arbor Public Schools Educational Fund Classroom Grant Program.
The fund will distribute approximately $10,000 to support classroom projects.
Application Deadline: Fall 2019.
Projects at any school level focused on the following areas will be considered for funding:
- Literacy/Library Enhancement
- The Arts
- Curriculum Enhancement
- Other Curriculum Based Subjects.
KTF Literacy Grant
Attention all Elementary Principals, Media Specialists and Building Literacy Experts:
- Have a literacy-related project idea to help struggling readers at your school?
- Need funds to support getting literacy materials in the hands of students?
- Have a great idea to promote literacy to your students?

KTF Literacy Grants are provided through the generosity of the Karen Thomas Fund. The Fund was established in memory of former Board of Education Trustee Andy Thomas’s wife of 38 years.
