School Age Child Care

  • Fall 2020 Child Care

When AAPS reopens on August 31, 2020, school schedules may look very different. We are working closely with district administration to determine what type of child care can be offered in the fall school schedule. More information about what school will look like will be available by late July on the district website.

Because of the above timing, the 2020-21 SACC registration opening date has not been determined. Current families will be notified in advance of the opening by eblast. Registration will also be posted on the SACC, Rec & Ed, and district websites. We know how difficult this waiting process continues to be and how critical child care is for working families. We're committed to providing child care for as many families as we can under CDC protocols.

Here is a list of changes in billing since 3/13/2020:

    April Fees have been cancelled.

Standard Accounts: All standard accounts have been credited for the days of the closure. This includes the 3/13/2020 PM session and 3/16/2020 - 3/27/2020 AM and PM sessions. If you look at your account, you will see that each session has been credited individually.

Flex Accounts: All flex accounts have been credited for the days already scheduled and paid for between 3/13/2020 PM and 3/27/2020 AM and PM. If you look at your account, you will see that each session has been credited individually.

All Accounts: We have disabled the auto-billing settings in EZCT.  The autopay for April fees did not run on 3/25/2020. The invoices for May and June were not generated.

We will continue to update this site as changes occur.
