SendMoneyToSchool.com provides an easy to use, efficient way to order lunch and make payments quickly and securely anytime using a simple internet connection. SendMoneyToSchool.com offers the following features:
New to SendMoneyToSchool?Visit SendMoneyToSchool.com to register.You'll need your student's 6 digit student ID number -- please contact your child's school if you need that information.For students attending In-Person/Hybrid learning you will need to pre-order your child/childrens lunch. The pre-order window opens 7 calendar days prior to the day of service. The window to order closes at Midnight the day before.Helpful hints before you order for the week:1) The weekend before your child goes to school you will want to look at the menu.2) Click here Interactive Menu3) Choose the menu option for your student: Hybrid Elementary, Hybrid Middle or Highschool, etc.4) Look at the Hot Lunch and Alternative Lunch options for the days your child/children are attending school5) Go to SendMoneyToSchool sign in then choose the "Your Children" tab at the top of the page, click "Order" and order your meals for the week.6) A check mark will show next to the date. If you order on the wrong date just click on the date again and the check mark will disappear.Below is the instruction video.

AAPS & Chartwells Meal Charging Policy
In the event a student does not have sufficient funds in hand or in their account to pay for a school meal, the student will be allowed to charge a meal to their account. This policy prohibits AAPS and food service staff from:
- identifying students who cannot pay for a school meal or owe a negative balance in any way such as wristbands, or handstamps,
- make students perform chores or work to pay for their meals,
- dispose of a meal after it has been served due to an unpaid meal balance,
- have direct communication with students about their unpaid balance unless all communication channels have been exhausted with the parent/ guardian, and
- discuss negative meal balance with the student in the presence of other students.
Parents/guardians are encouraged to pay for the charged meal as soon as possible, as all unpaid balances must be paid in full by the end of each semester (or trimester). Parents/guardians of students who charge meals will be encouraged to apply for free or reduced priced meals.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
