Mindful Superpowers Workshops

STRENGTHENING ATTENTION:  SATURDAY, MARCH 2  Ages 4 to 10 years & one or more Adults. Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to your present-moment experience with kindness and curiosity. It has been shown to improve attention, emotional self-regulation, and empathy in both adults and children. This workshop series will introduce basic mindfulness skills that can benefit the whole family. Cultivate specific mindful superpowers by choosing your favorite workshops or attend all three!
