The Skyline Post's journalism classes will be having a bake sale TOMORROW after school at the Student Entrance.  Support our aspiring journalists by eating delicious treats - what could be easier or more enjoyable?  Be sure to bring cash TOMORROW and stop by their table to support the Post and get something for that sweet tooth!

This is your very last chance to sign up for Link Crew!  If you were a part of Link Crew this year as a junior, it DOES NOT mean you are automatically signed up to be part of next year's Link Crew.  To sign up, find Mr. Bertsos or Mr. Shannon and give them your info.  Link Crew members will be finalized Friday.  LAST CHANCE!

 

Gardening Club                                         

 

Do you need some more service hours?  Join the gardening club this Friday after school to help rebuild our community garden.  Meet in Ms. Mathewson’s room, A312.  Bring work clothes, and see Ms. Mathewson for more details.

 

Rising Scholars                                         

 

The Rising Scholars will celebrate our graduating seniors TOMORROW in room C404 during early and late lunch.  Please stop by and help us congratulate our seniors. 

 

 

Lunch On Wednesdays               

 

Are you looking for a space to eat lunch?  Stop by Room C210 during lunch on Wednesday; Ozone House is hosting a safe place to connect.  Ozone is also planning fun activities - TODAY we’ll be playing bingo!  Join Ozone House on Wednesdays during lunch in C210.

Skyline Pom Squad                                                          

 

The Skyline Pom team will be having tryouts, May 23rd through 25th.  If you are planning to try out, you will need to attend one of the mandatory, family informational meetings on Tuesday the 17th, or Sunday the 21st.  See the posters around the school or contact Coach Carrie at skylinepompon@gmail.com for more information. The last training session will be this Friday after school.

 

Yearbooks                                                                          

 

As you probably know by now, yearbooks are available for pickup during lunch.  If you did not purchase a yearbook, and you regret that decision, there are a few copies remaining to be sold for $80 - first come, first serve!

 

Senior Updates                                                                  

Today is the LAST DAY to buy prom tickets!  There will be NO Prom tickets sold after today.  You can purchase them for $80 after school with cash/check outside of the Main Office by the Art Rooms until 3:15pm, or with a credit card on GoFan until Midnight TONIGHT.   If you purchase your ticket on GoFan - your promo code is your student number and your guest’s promo code is YOUR student number starting with an “S.”  There are NO REFUNDS or TRANSFERS on any prom ticket.   

 

Prom is THIS Friday, May 19th, from 8pm until Midnight, and doors close at 10pm. The field will be open from 8pm to 9pm for you to visit the locker rooms and to go on the field for pictures.  Also remember, there are no heels on the turf!  Once you leave the field, the locker rooms, or the prom itself, there is NO re-entry.   If you bring a guest, they must check in with you at the ticket table.  If you purchase GoFan tickets, do NOT activate the ticket on your phone until the teacher at your check-in table instructs you to do so. Please use your school email and your phone for GoFan - screen shots from other devices will not be used.  Also there are no refunds or transfers on any tickets.  No bags or backpacks are allowed into prom, and all other items will need to be checked into coat check upon arrival. 

 

 If you have not submitted your post-high school plans and pictures through the link on the senior class page on Instagram - please get that completed.  Even if you aren't on Instagram, there is a link and QR code in your senior packet to get that info submitted.  The pictures in this submission will also be used for other senior events.  The last date of submission for these pictures is Saturday, May 20th. So if you would like your picture and info included - please submit as soon as possible!
